Lisa has held a variety of transformational roles and is currently part of UKG’s Marketing leadership team responsible for Customer Engagement Marketing. Lisa and her team are focused on delivering the right balance of high touch and digital touch interactions, creating customers who are informed, confident, and empowered to get the most value possible from their UKG solutions, and then become raving fans. Lisa is responsible for customer advocacy, measuring overall customer sentiment, customer events, customer communication, and customer marketing. Lisa also serves as an evangelist for delivering a differentiated customer experience and creating a culture that puts the customer first.
